A personal project sparked by a simple sketch of my own design, this charming home is hidden high among the tree tops, reminiscent of a bird's nest. While designing this set, I imagined this home as a hideaway for two birdwatchers in want of peaceful days. I took inspiration from various tree houses and rustic cabins in order to create a livable and well-worn home whose personality is brought to life by a hand-made, thoughtful style. My primary design intent was to create a playful piece whose beauty is showcased by the interplay between creativity, engineering, and a personalized love for nature, evidenced by the home's close architectural integration to the surrounding woods. I used the Paint Effects plug-in to guide the foliage models.
